Anyone been out to buy a new Nokia? Selling like hot cakes according to Vodaphone.
Think I'll stick to my Doro. Perfect for failing eyesight.

In 1989 I had one that hung on a briefcase full of batteries. Well,I shared it with 3 other other guys. Weighed a ton and only worked near a city if you were lucky.
We kept saying 'These won't catch on'. :)

My Nokia 1100 series is at least 20 years old and still provides all that I need in a mobile phone -and the battery lasts a week.

Unfortunately once you have experienced capabilities of iPhone/Android, there is no way back. Eventually I took the plunge in March 2017. Take care though because your movements/location can be tracked

I've a 1100 as well. Lynne and I bought a pair of matching phones and we've been divorced for 10 years It's been used so much that the numbers and letters are completely worn off the keypad...
