BBC pay list

As it says on the tin, General and off Topic area, talk about anything in here (within reason!)

You know, I've always worked on the principle that I would take whatever someone was prepared to pay me. Unless I didn't like the deal,of course. So I can't really criticise any of these 'stars'.
Maybe it's the system that's flawed.

Suppose if the tax payers are prepared to pay, take the £ millions and run...

But there's still a difference between screwing public finances and open market competition...

Recently Jeremy Corbyn repeated David Cameron's proposal to limit wage/salary ratios to 20:1 within any organisation. Only diiference was this time Jeremy referred to public sector only.

Apparently lowest paid BBC workers earn £16,000 pa. So that would limit Chris Evans to £320,000 rather than £2,250,000 he enjoys today.

But on a meagre income of just £320,000 every year, I would almost feel sorry for him...
