Not recently - worked for 13.5 hours on Thursday and even Wednesday was 11 hours...
But you can't escape the facts Mark. Your preferred Peugeot Boxer was almost definitely manufactured in Turkey although there's a faint possibility it came from Iran...

Fair enough BD, thought they were made in France? Hey ho....if only Toyota made some decent vans not sticking their badges on some of the PSA offerings.....at least I don't have to drive a GM/Renault product!

French labour is just too expensive with their 35 hour working week. Turkey are hungry to develop their economy and many employees work long hours over a 6 day week...
i have had to concede defeat. I have had to book my car into a specialist this morning as I cant fix it. it keeps going into limp mode, even on a long motorway run (I did a 300 mile round trip yesterday). the EML came on which I have managed to put out with my scanner, but it keeps returning randomly.
first time ive ever put a car into one of these places and I am afraid like 'the yorkshireman' of parting with hard earned pennies.

I had a Mondeo as a company car once that did something similar after having it's cam belt replaced. Eventually the service folks apologized for not having tensioned up the tensioner properly...
Under the inlet manifold, behind the EGR valve is a motor that's connected to a mechanism with links to every port. The swirl flaps are inside the manifold at the 'head' end and, like the EGR valve, become gummed up with carbon and carp... If the flaps can't move because of this the ECU puts the engine in limp mode...
Mine is being 'sorted' as we speak...
