Re: the beer thread
Brewdog Punk IPA. Nice for a bottled beer, though where it falls down is at nearly 6% it didn't leave me wanting another...

Re: the beer thread
I shall be reporting on this array in the coming weeks .. from Windsor & Eton Brewery.
I've stil got about 10 pints of Rebellion Smuggler to consume first ...
PS Brewdog have opened up near Beaconsfield .. I need to visit them when someone else is driving!

Re: the beer thread
Only problem with Brewdog is it comes as keg or bottled. There's no cask ale...gazza82 wrote:

Re: the beer thread
I really do fancy that, but Daily Driver re-assembly has to take priority this year. That said, I did as usual meet our esteemed former Spotlight/Sidelights editor at the country’s largest Beer Festival recently.
I detoured via Earls Court on the way and was somewhat troubled to see that the iconic exhibition centre (home of the A30 & A35 launches) has now been completely erased. I naively thought there was a plan to retain the façade. We raised several glasses to commemorate its passing. Sigh.

Re: the beer thread
It's remains Something which happens in the Red Lion Hotel of Stratford on Thames :
I have take a shower, and when I went out from the bathroom, a barmaid opens the door of the room and said : "Your continental, Sir !" and she put my breakfeast on the table !
But I was naked and just fixed by the surprise !
It was an old barmaid . . .
I hope my English is not to poor !
