Midget polybush kit
Midget polybush kit
Im gonna pollybush my A30 but think the only way is to buy the midget kit as my front is ex midget disks, my question is will the rear spring bushes be the same as A30 ones as im gonna replace the springs i may as well poly bush them too. Any one done the rears with midget ones, they carnt be too dissimular. Come on Mr Evans sure you should know.

Re: Midget polybush kit
Oh that Midget spring eye bushes were the same as A35. It would mean we had decent quality parts available in the last 10 years......
IIRC, the Midget has no fixed spring eye bush to the rear, just 2 rubber 'top hat' bushes that push in from either side. The front bush is metalastic type like ours but larger diameter so doesn't fit.
If you can get a kit for the A35, then do. The front bushes will be the same as Midget. Only the discs and uprights are different, the A pans (ignoring the anti-roll bar mounting holes and stiftening plates) and top trunnions are the same as ours.

Re: Midget polybush kit
Im in the process of having sets of poly bushes made for the rear of our cars, i.e rear springs and roll bar bushes. Can people let me know if they are interested in buying rear sets. Only getting 2 sets made so far but if others want them i will look at the long term. Price should be around the £45 mark but will be cheaper the more I get made. Fronts are easy as they are midget but the rears are not around YET!!!!

Re: Midget polybush kit
I meant the rear spring bushes. not the chassis bushes that are like a top hat.
