A35 Pick Up spotted in Dorset

Post by utp79 »

I was at South West vehicle auctions in Poole today and spotted a beautiful A35 pick up tucked away in the back of their storage area. I was there with a friend to look at a Jaguar XJS of all things. I asked about the pick up but was told it wasn't in the next sale but the following one in April next year. For the record the XJS was a nice car too!

It isn't El Presidento's car, but one of the pick ups that was used in some local advertising (it had a gorilla in the back!) recently.

The auction was yesterday and that pick up went for £21k, so when you add in the buyers premium you won't have much change from £25k. A 1970 Rolls Royce sold for £3,100
