Are these A30 A35 seats?
Found these seats for sale. Are they A30 A35 seats?
If not, anyone have an idea of what they may be for?
Thanks

Ok. So unknown BMC product. Not much left after you mentioned all of those.A40FARINAGURU wrote:certainly not A30 or A35, nor A40 Farina, 1100/1300 ADO16 Range, nor Mini ADO 15/20 Range

Many seats in Canada were in vinyl as I think that BMC thought they would hold up better.
They never sat on a vinyl seat at -40 deg Then.

Similar to some Minor seats, but I've not seen that pattern before. Maybe reupholstered to a non standard pattern at some point in their history?

I had a look At some Riley 1500's and they were very close looking.Alan wrote:riley 1500 seats at a guess
I'll have to look at some more interiors
Here's the pictures of the seats. You can see the " Mini" that they came out of.

An 1100 owner had id'd them as 1100 seats.A40FARINAGURU wrote:i see they are tip up seats, i wonder if they are early 1100 range, Austin/Morris MG 1100 etc etc, looks like someone else has some & someone has said Austin 1100..

He said:
I'm a 110% sure they are 1100. I have an 1100 . Is the seat shell sort of, paper like? I had a paper/pressed fiber set and a metal set.
The front bar is mounted to a raised crossmember in a way that allows them to flip forward. The floor behind is lower, hence the metal hoops towards the rear.
Thanks to all! I don't need them even at $20 for the pair....
