I am about to fit replacement rubbers ( the old BullM type, extruded sectio) and i would like some hints where to start. At the moment the upper pivot pins are loose, since I have had to replace them. So how do i fit the rubber to the frame? Seems like it might slide on but how would i then introduce the glass section? How would i then fit the upper pin?
I presume this has been done lots of times before, but i have failed to find any description.
This is proving a hold up point,so any hints or clues would be greatly appreciated.

Re: quarter light rubbers
It presses in rather than slides. The upper hinge can be riveted to the frame after the rubber is fitted...
