Ok today I spent hours trying to gap the passenger door what a carp job but I've got it pretty close, I also put wheels on that hold air so I could move it on my drive looks so much better with the new wheels and panels fitted,I'm trying to order the hinge reinforcements to so hopefully I'll have both sides done when I'm off work then I can chop the outer sills off and start the floor and inner sills,

The door gaps are altered by bending the hinges and/or the A post they are attached to...

Oh I see, where the door skin folds over the frame there was a 1mm or 2mm gap so I tapped the skin over so the door would shut couldn't think of another way, I was going to cut a tiny bit off the frame so I could get it to fold over a little more. Good job I didnt might have to fold it back now

You can get away with that to a degree with 'early' doors. Later examples have a full folded flange like modern vehicles...

I tried to order inner sills from Austin Clayton but he is out of stock for 3 weeks  I was hoping to get them this week so I can get some done well I'm off work, dose anywhere else do them ?? I'm guessing I don't need the outer sill to fit them, my plan was to do the bottom hinge reinforcements and the bit under them and repair the floor and do the inner sills,
