Got the rear floor fully welded up and the splash shield, and made the bit below the lower hinge reinforcement
Spayed some zinc paint on him to protect the work I've done, the inner sill and floor is held on with self tapping screws to make sure everything lines up, just need to clean up and make a few repairs where the floor pan is welded to and where the rear of the inner sill is welded to and it can all be welded together, then do it all again to the other side, which looks worse as it has the hand brake fuel line brake lines :-(

Can someone tell me what this measurement should be I’ve maked the photo where I mean and what I’ve measured on mine, I didn’t have the outer sill when I made this panel so I guessed, I tried to trial fit the outer sill but the area I’ve marked isn’t wide enough so looks like I may have to let in more metal, three steps forward two steps back, but at least I’ll know for the other side,

If you offer up the sill panel, the arch extends out to the edge of the sill nose...
