Re: Pick-Up Restoration
How are we doing Neil, any progress?
Question for you, am I right in thinking pickups had a load space mat? If they did do you happen to have a pattern for it and what type of material was it made of, same as rubber mats in saloon boots?
Cheers

Re: Pick-Up Restoration
The load space mat is Hardura Felt, edged in white as the cab. It is cut to allow it to fit around the spare wheel brace, the cut edges remaining unedged.
The foot well of the dickie seat has a rubber mat along the lines of that used in the saloon boot...

Re: Pick-Up Restoration
Don't suppose you have a template? Picked up 3 nos rubber footwell mats at Beaulieu, they are BMC but no idea which vehicle. They are for a single footwell but have the nice "grain" effect in the rubber like van mats. I thought they could be modified to make either a van mat or for pups. At less than a £5 each and mint, I could not pass them up !Neil Evans wrote:The load space mat is Hardura Felt, edged in white as the cab.
