Think I was lucky getting out of the lousy photo bucket ,when I did I have just about all of the photos I had in the bucket, I am in some forums where they don't do that sort of thing, I think I have all the photos that were removed from this forum but don't think they can be put back in to the right spots even if it were possible to do it, as Neil has said ,they are holding you all to ransom if you don't pay you have no photo's, it's a sad world we live in, on a pleasant note I love the work on the car Neil Brilliant.

You don't have this problem on Facebook. Never thought I'd say that

Think they, FB, 'archive' older posts eventually so you lose them ...

Facebook is also a 'here and now' experience... try finding a post that you read last week, let alone one from a few years back... so is about useless as an educational resource...

Did it go on to have an alternative future?

Yes... Not sure if it's complete yet but it looks like being one of the most radically altered A35s out there...

Do you know what stage this one is now in? Intrigued about "most radically altered" tag!

There are a number of photos on here that will be absolute gems for me when I get to patching up the bottom of the rear wings .. and doors .. and rear panel .. and sills ...

I'm afraid I don't know... There were some major issues to sort out with how the steering was going to work as the power unit obstructed the space needed for the steering box, idler and connected linkages. I understand that this has now been resolved with some radical 'outside the box' type thinking, the box having been moved back several inches and the drop arms turned the other way around. This means there'll be no back seat, but that was always going to be an issue as the tunnel for the huge diameter exhaust pipe was going to have to encroach... The owner currently has several radical projects on the go, though I hope this one doesn't spend too long an the back burner...
