Front seats

Post by clarke8989 »

Hello out there, I am completing a restoration on my mildly modified two door A35 and would like to fit a pair of smart black seats preferably leather, can anyone advise me on this? my car has a central handbrake lever,so there is not acres of space and I do not really fancy boy racer seats but something halfway sensible from a donor modern car could suit purpose .It would be really great to hear from anyone thanks John in Norfolk

There have been a few : Ford Puma, MGF, VW Polo, Alfa 147, .... might be more.

PS glad we've managed to sort out your access finally!

Found a thread from Mr Chairman that suggests Daewoo/Chevrolet Matiz, the later Spark ... won't be leather though ... and Toyota Starlet, but again they are getting on and unlikely to be cow-hide!

MG Midget 1500 might be an option too.

Anyone suggest some dimensions?
