NEC SHOW - Club Stand

Post by philipangus »

If you aren't able to get to the NEC Classic Car and Restoration Show, here are a couple of pics of our favourite cars.

First the Club stand - well done everyone.

Second - yours for £6000

Third - The Barn Find section.

Not many spares at the autojumble - and the few that I saw were too expensive.

Regards

Philip

Great seeing various members again this weekend, another good show. Now the count down to the International Rally :)

I'm sure when we walked past the black A30 0n Saturday it was around £4,400 ...

... and the only Memory Lane Classic Cars I can find are in Australia! No details in the show guide either :?:

I suggested a £2,000 - £2,500 range - he's not there yet! The carpet stuck to the roof instead of headlining put me off a tad!

For that money I'd expect a more "restored as original" but I'm not in the market so kept walking! (I did however fancy a couple of the Astons and Jags .. and a very nice MGB on the Oselli stand .. I left credit cards and cheque book at home for a reason!!)

Someone lost the headlining frame methinks!

Did that on my first A35 in 1962 - and on the van, more recently.

However, TMT has a "proper" headlining
