The ultimate answer is to add them as attachments so that we host the photos ourselves...

Re: PHOTOBUCKET CHANGES!
If you're uploading a picture for your profile then it needs to be very small! 80px x 80 px and under 6KB.
Try right-clicking and saving this one then uploading it in your profile settings:

Re: PHOTOBUCKET CHANGES!
Agree with Neil that best way is to simply load photos so here is a very simple way to load photos from a Windows computer.
First step is to download photos from camera or phone onto computer. I then used to use "compression" in either Powerpoint or Word but have now found an even easier way using the "Snipping Tool" Not sure exactly when this was introduced but it has certainly been around since Windows 8. One of the beauties is that you can crop and reduce image size at the same time.
It is built into Windows and to find it all you need to do is use the Search Box (at bottom left hand corner of your screen in Window 10 desktop) and then open it up. I use it so often that I've saved it to my task bar for even easier access. This allows you to "Snip" any part of your screen and then copy and paste or save your snip. Snip is at low res so you can simply open up your photo, perform a snip and then save somewhere and upload to this forum.
In the sequence that follows the original photo was taken on my phone and the size was 2.5MB and the size of the "Snip" 50 KB. You'll also notice that Snipping Tool 1 which is virtually the same size as the original photo is still only 240KB so still loadable. This should work for most phone photos.
Snipping tool 1 shows the original photo open on my computer
Snipping tool 2 shows the Snipping Tool App open on the screen. You then click on "new" and the screen greys out and you stick the cursor where you want to start the snip, expand outwards by dragging until you've captured what you want, which effectively crops the photo how you want it, and then stop dragging and the snip is captured. You then go to the file tab and click "Save as" and save it wherever you want on your computer. In this case the saved photo was 50 KB which is well under our 250kb limit.
Snipping Tool 3 is the resultant photo loaded straight onto our forum.
It is so easy and guarantee once you've used it you'll be using it to snip all sorts of stuff for copying into emails, word docs, powerpoints etc.
All Best Ed

Re: PHOTOBUCKET CHANGES!
I have just found a way (via another BB) to retrieve the non displayed photos without too much effort, this will require editing your existing posts by simply adding a small amount of text to the Photobucket BB address.
Example dead link with first portion missed out so it will display on this post:
=http://s957.photo%20bucket.com/user/Austins/media/Austin%20A35/E8CD24C6-3C6F-494A-9E81-B78A3B9C1491_zpszxijszna.jpg.html]http://i957.photobucket.com/albums/ae55 ... ijszna.jpg[/img]
Right at the end between .jpg and [/img] copy and paste
~original
so it will end:
.jpg~original[/img]
This seems to work for now unless Photobucket finds some way to work round this too! I have just spent hours and hours reloading 500 or so photos to imgbox and rewriting the 500 address links, but have just tried this method for the remaining 50 or so photos with success....
