I've switched this setting now for the board however each individual has their own time settings specified in the user preference (so they can have different time periods).
if the time still looks off for you then you need to click the "User Control Panel" link (top left) then click the preference's tab, and change the "Summer Time/DST is in effect:" to the other option.
