does anyone have any pictures of tow bar set up's, tow bar mounts or fabrication that they have done or inherited? I've been asked a question regarding this.

I think the articles to the club mags will be the ones which cover Dave Clarks Tow bar design. I made one about 30 years ago from Dave's design and still have it. I think its spot on but it has been commented on re its actual legal standing. I think it strengthens the car due to its design and fastening points

European Law states that all light passenger vehicles registered on or after 1st August 1998 require a type approved towbar tested to EC94/20 and a tow ball with suitable D&S value. This legislation is not retrospective and does not affect any vehicle registered before this date...
